Affiliate disclosure and editorial policy
Useful advice comes before a shopping link.
Current commercial status
Affiliate links are labelled “Paid link”. We earn commission from qualifying purchases made through these links.
Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
How paid links will be identified
Purchase links that earn commission are labelled “Paid link” alongside the link, with the merchant identified. Relevant promotional content also carries a prominent disclosure before the reader engages with it. Paid links use the sponsored link attribute. Commercial buying guides are identified before you open them and include a disclosure near the start.
How examples are selected
Equipment is included to explain connection approaches and compatibility questions. The catalogue is a small research reference rather than a complete market comparison or ranked “best” list. We do not have hands-on test results. Product facts link to manufacturers and carry a checked date. We do not display invented prices, star ratings, stock levels or reviews.
What commission does not change
The diagnostic rules include free fixes, repeat testing, provider-support and survey-first outcomes. They do not use commission rates. An affiliate relationship does not establish that a product will work in your property. Check merchant prices, terms, support and returns before purchasing.
